WIT x Sara Sigmundsdóttir

Sara Sigmundsdóttir is one of Crossfit’s most popular female athletes. Her goal for her collection in collaboration with WIT is to normalise the strong muscular female body type and create apparel that can stand up to her toughest workouts. The range includes leggings, shorts, a cut-and-sew asymmetric bra, seamless bra, layering tanks and tees and a bikini. Special attention was paid to the placement of mesh, straps and seams to ensure maximum durability, range of movement and comfort on a more muscular body. Everything was put through its paces by Sara herself, making tweaks and changes along the way to make everything as best it could be. High and low-rise leggings were developed to provide options, and a special unisex oversized vintage-look “Band Tee” was developed to inject Sara’s love of music into her collection.
